UGA Football Player Isaiah McKenzie Will Not Face Charges

The woman who accused a Georgia football player of making terroristic threats declined to press charges according to a Athens-Clarke County Police Department spokesperson.

Isaiah McKenzie will not be charged in the case and according to the spokesperson the case is closed.

McKenzie and four other Georgia football players were involved in an incident at a Chili’s on Monday night where McKenzie threatened to kill a woman according to the incident report.

The report also listed Dominick Sanders, Terry Godwin, D’Andre Walker and Jarvis Wilson as witnesses at the incident. All five players were at Georgia’s practice on Tuesday.

Update:

Georgia head coach Mark Richt said Isaiah McKenzie will practice with the team this week and there is a good chance he will play on Saturday.
