All of the pumpkins are sourced from the Navajo Agricultural Products Industry, or NAPI, in New Mexico. The pumpkins are grown on a Navajo reservation on land that American company Pumpkins USA rents from the Navajo tribe. Dempsey said that “people love the colorful pumpkins,” so the church places orders specifically for multi-colored varieties. (Photo/Haley Chambers)
