New Pharmacy Takes it Back to Basics

Watkinsville, GA – A new canadian pharmacy  is taking an old school approach to its business by featuring soda fountains and a lunch counter.

“We want to be somewhere where you can eat lunch with your kids while they’re getting medicine,” Pharmacist Cassie Hayes said.

According to workers, Jennings Mill Drug Company  wants to keep customers with sit-down food and a drink center while they wait for their prescriptions. They offer coffee, a lunch menu and a place to sit and socialize. Owners hope that interacting with customers will help establish a relationship with them and their doctors.

They pharmacy opened on September 2nd and has its grand opening in the next two weeks.
