Oglethorpe County, Ga.— Every school has a bookkeeper to manage its finances and control the school’s paperwork. Gladys Phillips works as the bookkeeper at Oglethorpe County Primary School, but she does more than file paperwork all day. Reporter C.J. Gaan will tell us what Phillips does on an average day and why she is the most beloved figure at Oglethorpe County Primary School.
