The Ceramic Student Organization is holding its spring pottery sale.

This sale includes items made by students and professors such as hand built sculptures, teapots, mugs, vases, and bowls. Prices begin at about $10 and can range up to $70. The goal of this sale is to raise money to help fund a student trip to a national ceramic conference as well as get their artwork out into the community.

“It [Ceramic Student Organization; CSO] allows more students to go and we wouldn’t be able to go. So for example it was in Pittsburgh this year and if the CSO hadn’t taken care of the hotel fees I wouldn’t have been able to go. Because it was expensive getting out there,” Liza Romanovski, UGA Ceramics Major, said.

The sale will continue tomorrow at the Lamar Dodd School of Art in the first floor lobby tomorrow from nine a.m. to five p.m.
