One vote is separating two Watkinsville candidates for a seat in the City Council.
Grady Newsource Reporter Molly Swindall says at least four more ballots are coming in from overseas military personnel which Pat Haize who runs the Oconee County Board of Elections says these ballots will likely decide THIS RACE.
