Pizza and Politics: UGA Republicans, Democrats Discuss Key Issues

Audience members chowed down on pizza, snacks and sodas during Pizza and Politics, a peaceful political discussion, hosted by Young Democrats of UGA, UGA College Republicans and moderated by Georgia Political Review.

Panelists discussed current issues facing Georgia and the nation, such as clean energy, small business growth and K-12 education.

 Why It’s Newsworthy: As the midterm election approaches, members of both political clubs find it important to discuss current political issues and set an example for healthy political discussion.
