Powdered alcohol is now legal. Since March 16th, the big question has become whether it is safe or not. Nine states, including Maryland and Tennesee, are already trying to make it illegal in their respective state. Reporter Taylor Bisciotti speaks with local liquor stores and police to find out if it has hit the Athens area yet.
