Social media has changed prom expectations and costs, that’s why one local make-up organization, the Glam Dawgs, decided to use their makeup expertise to help local students lower the cost of their prom glam look.
Today in the studio, Reporter Enya Spicer received a full prom makeover from Johanna Young. Young is a local makeup artist and an inactive member of Glam Dawgs.
