Q&As Capture Concerns, Opportunities for Athens Leaders, Community Advocates

Reporting I students set out to learn more about the area and their beats — business and consumer news, city-county government, diversity, local music, sustainability — by conducting research and interviews with leaders, advocates, musicians and students. The nearly 180 students in the course, which consists of journalism and public relations majors, conducted an interview on their beat in September.

The fall 2024 Q&A series reveals a host of concerns and possibilities related to the election, entrepreneurship, equity and other topics in the news.
