4. Athens International Film Festival for Children
This event takes place at Cine´on Sunday, April 6th from 2-4. Tickets are $7.50
3. Up Country Oyster Roast
The Athens Land Trust is hosting this event in celebration of
in honor of 3,000 acres of land that were saved last year! Tickets are $35
and you must RSVP.
2. Chick-Fil-A Connect Inaugural Half marathon
Runners could win over $8,000 or Chick-Fil-A products for a year. And here’s the kicker, runners will
wear cow costumes! Could be fun to do the run, or just watch the stamped heading through downtown. This
is Saturday April 5th starting at 7:30.
1. The Athens Farmers Market
This is the first weekend of the year for the Bishop Park Farmer’s Market! It’s from 8am-noon
and vendors will have locally grown food, baked goods, and arts and crafts.
