Two Local Basketball Teams are Going to the State Play-Offs

ATHENS, GA –  Basketball regional games wrapped up this weekend and two teams from local high schools are moving on to state play-offs.

Cedar Shoals and Apalachee both won critical games Saturday. Cedar Shoals beat Heritage 68 to 63—they are set to play Kell High School on Wednesday. Apalachee had a lead of more than 30 points on Gainesville—winning 78 to 44.
