UGA to Hold Vigil Honoring Students and Professors Who Have Passed Away

ATHENS- UGA’s Student Affairs Office is honoring students and faculty who have died over the past year. The names of eleven faculty members and fifteen students will be read aloud at a candelight memorial service, next Tuesday, April 28th. The service is coordinated by the Student Support Services every year to celebrate the lives of lost UGA family members. Georgia Remembers will be led by President Morehead at 7pm at the Chapel on North Campus.
