Cedar Shoals Jaguars Baseball Team Undaunted By Bad Weather

Athens – In the world of high school baseball, the Cedar Shoals Jaguars are set to play against Banks County tonight at 5:55 p.m. The game was originally supposed to be yesterday but was delayed due to the weather.

Sports reporter Zack Watson spoke with Jaguar’s Coach Mike Bosquet about how the delay could affect the outcome of the game. “I’m just looking to get the game in. With the way the weather’s been, I just want to play. And so do the kids,” Bosquet said.

Other local high school baseball teams are scheduled to play tonight as well. Clarke Central will take on East Jackson tonight. Athens Academy and Lincoln County will also go head to head at five o’clock.
