UGA Relay for Life Hosts Awareness Event

UGA’S Relay for Life hosted the Great American Smokeout.

The event is a part of the American Cancer Society’s efforts to encourage smokers to make a plan to quit smoking and raise awareness that UGA is a tobacco free campus.

Ellie Cash is a chairman with UGA Relay for Life. She says cigarette smoke effects her personally.

Registration for Relay for Life will begin after Thanksgiving Break.
