Rainy but Hot Weekend Coming Up

This weekend is going to be warm, but a little wet, especially on Sunday.  

Temperatures tonight are rather mild, and there is a low percentage of rain.
Tomorrow, we will experience the same type of weather with a high of 73 and a 40% chance of rain.
