Athens, GA.–21-year old University of Georgia student Briana Noel Cowles faces two felony counts of computer forgery after violating her probation.

Cowles was scheduled to meet with a municipal court judge this morning for the probation violation charge. However, the court date has been postponed to October 6 at 9 a.m. Cowles has appointed Alex McQueen as her attorney.

In 2014, Cowles was charged with DUI and in January of this year she was sentenced to 18 months probation and 70 hours of community service. The forged documents in question concern the completion of her community service hours.

A warrant has yet to be served as of Thursday evening for the two counts of computer forgery.
