WATKINSVILLE- Oconee County Assistant Principal Brian Deitz can often be found doing things that you will not find in his job description, such as helping out in the school’s understaffed cafeteria. Helping out where he can, in addition to his regular duties, keeps him busy. The work is rewarding for him, and he is determined not to let anything slow him down. Not even a battle with cancer.
