Although Season 9 officially ended with the most recent episode featuring Ian Urbina, I couldn’t move onto the next season without having The Lead’s own Charlotte Norsworthy back on the show. 

If you’ve been following The Lead, you may recognize Charlotte as a former host and this season’s executive producer. As she earns the title of double dawg with the completion of her master’s degree in journalism, I invited her for a bonus episode to reflect on her time at UGA, share her experience of earning a master’s degree and talk about what she has planned next.

Charlotte’s career at the University of Georgia is impressive, but what I enjoyed most about our conversation was her discussion of the lessons she’s learned and the experiences that led her to them. With those lessons and experiences, Charlotte is finishing her graduate studies at UGA with the confidence to pursue a path that excites her.
