Where Can You Get a Flu Shot?

Flu season is upon us. Did you know that the flu virus can survive for up to 8 hours on a surface? With Thanksgiving only two weeks away, many people have made a point to get their shot before heading home to spread those pesky germs.

There are many places offering flu vaccinations in Northeast Georgia. We’ve compiled a list of some of those places below. There are several types of vaccinations offered by pharmacies. The most common, the quadrivalent flu vaccine, covers four strains of the flu, white the trivalent covers three. The quadrivalent vaccine is already sold out at the Walgreens on Lexington Road, so make sure you get yours soon!
