Athens, Ga-

The Cedar Shoals Jaguars will be facing off against the Flowery Branch Falcons tomorrow night.
The team did come up short last year when they played against Flowery Branch losing 25-13.

Coach Leroy Ryals has been getting the Jaguars ready. He was not there last year but he thinks the team can overcome the tough loss. He says, “Just watching the film it was a good game for a while. I think we kind of lost the edge in the fourth quarter. Didn’t make a couple plays down the stretch. Hopefully we can make those plays down the strecth.”

Cedar Shoals is recovering from a tough loss last week as well, against their rival Clarke Central, but Coach Ryals is optimistic about going up against their opponent tomorrow.

“We’re just trying to get a little better. We’re a little banged up right now from last week’s loss, and we got some new players that are going to be playing this week and we’re just trying to get them ready and prepared
to play a good football team.”

Cedar Shoals is 3-2 overall right now. The game will be at Flowery Branch High School and will begin at 7:00 pm.
