Just yesterday he canceled a lecture by an award winning Liberian journalist. The lecture was scheduled for this week. Davis says that if the Liberian guest speaker was not in the twenty-one incubation period that the Centers for Disease Control Prevention set, then he would’ve decided to have her come.
