On all of the rugs for sale by Zelma Griffith at the Athens Black Market on Sept. 21, 2018, Griffith has sown a tag so her customers know her rugs were made by hand. The rag rugs drew the attention of people browsing the Swadeshi Poor Peoples Cooperative booth. “I guess a lot of people is not used to these rag rugs, but they are influenced by ‘em.
