Hawks Head to Brooklyn in Playoffs

ATLANTA-  The Atlanta Hawks will travel to Brooklyn this Saturday to take on the Nets in game three of their playoff series, after taking game one and two. Atlanta was carried by Paul Millsap in Game 2, whose hot shooting helped the Hawks through a rough stretch in the middle of the game. Millsap finished with 19 points and seven rebounds and hit all four three-pointers he attempted. The Hawks as a team hit 12-of-31 three-pointers on the night. Brooklyn was led by former Georgia tech player Jarrett Jack, who finished with 23 points on 9-of-12 shooting from the field. Brooklyn got within one point late in the game thanks to a 16-6 run in the fourth quarter, but Atlanta was able to hold on with a bucket by DeMarre Carroll, leading the Hawks to a victory of 96-91.
