A living patient has been diagnosed with CTE brain disease. That’s the disease some professional football players have been struggling with as a result of head trauma.

The Downtown Ministry Football Program in Athens is looking into this using the 100 thousand dollar grant it just received.

The Downtown Ministry football program suggests programs invest in the right equipment like padding and high-tech helmets to prevent the likelihood of developing CTE brain disease.
