Athens College Fair to Inform High School Students

High school students around Athens will have the chance answer any questions they’ve ever had about college. The Athens Probe College Fair will take place on Wednesday, September 14 from 6:00-8:00pm, with more than 75 colleges represented. This event is coordinated annually by the University of Georgia Office of Admissions.

According to their website, Probe’s ultimate mission is to “disseminate information and stimulate interest in post-secondary education for students in GA.”

The fair is free admission and all parents and students are invited to attend. College recruiters and counselors will answer questions about scholarships, deadlines, campus life and more.

Tonight’s event is part of a larger Fall Probe Tour that began in Jackson County on August 29 and will go on until Friday, October 28.
