Grady Newsource Finds Homes for Evacuees with Hurricane Irma Switchboard

Grady Newsource reporter Patricia Duffy informs evacuees and homeowners about the Hurricane Irma Switchboard.

The switchboard is a clearing house of sorts where Newsource staff match homeowners willing to help evacuees who need a place to stay. We currently have 43 volunteers willing to open their homes to those seeking refuge.

Staff will continue to match evacuees with homeowners through Sunday and as needed after that.

Evacuees and homeowners can fill out the form here.
