Liquor License Vote in Watkinsville

Watkinsville voters are deciding if local restaurants can serve liquor drinks today. But many voters may think they’ve already voted on this… because they have. They passed the exact same liquor referendum in a county-wide referrendum this past Fall. The polls were pretty dead this morning, but Reporter Adeline Kenerly is back to see if things are a little more lively with only 2 hours left for Watkinsville people to cast their vote.  Watkinsville is voting on a liquor referendum that would allow restaurants to sell liquor by the drink. Oconee County passed the ordinance in the Fall of 2014 but Watkinsville is making a separate position.
