The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department is hard at work trying to locate a family member who may have sexually assualted a child. Almost every day incidents of violence, assault, and rape are reported.. many with victims that are only children. Reporter Katie Kraft spent the day with an investigator who tries to put these people in jail.
Deputy Sheriff Charlie Timms helps investigate child crimes in Jackson County. He spends many day at Treehouse in Winder, Georgia where he helps investigate cases with child services.
After Investigator Timms finishes a case file, it is directed to the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office right across the street to be used for a trial.
