Local Boards of Elections Discuss Returning to Paper Ballots

NBC is reporting that Russia hacked 21 states this past election. County Boards of Elections here are discussing the possibility of going back to paper ballots in the next election. There is a bill in the legislature that might require it. Reporter Robin McEntire spoke with local officials who do not see why going back to paper ballots would be beneficial.
