The home will be complete at four today.A supporter of Home Matters Athens, Cristian Delgado, explained the mission behind the construction in Tate Plaza. Home Matters Athens is a branch of the national organization, Home Matters America, dedicated to bringing awareness to the affordable housing issue in the United States.
