Neuter Commuter Program to Aid Athens Animal Populations

A brand new program just hit the streets. A mobile neutering van drives through local neighborhoods in the hopes of ending animal overcrowding. Not only does this van have all of the bells and whistles to make it a stylish ride, it also will save lives by providing free spaying and neutering to residents around Athens-Clarke County.
