Visual Travel Journalism in Prague 2026

Students from the 2026 Travel Journalism study abroad program in Prague focused on visual storytelling and produced daily photo content from the city and other locations. During the three-week program, they explored the Czech Republic during class activities and on their own, documenting everyday life, culture, history and more.

This gallery is just a small selection of the hundreds of daily photo posts and excursion reports published by the students as part of their coursework. Their daily photo posts included 250-word extended captions, which have been editorially abbreviated here. Program Instructor Dr. Kyser Lough and Program Assistant Dr. Andrea Briscoe led the class and curated this gallery.

Photographers: Sarah Bagley, Julia Beauchamp, Meghan Bosman, Nina Dolensky, Allie Dunn, Gracie Edwards, McKenna Edwards, Brielle Logan, Maggie Moore, Haylie Murphy, Caroline Newbern, Agustina Noriega, Camilla O’Connell, Hannarose Schiano, Mia Souza, Nathan Stagliano, Wesley Webb.
