This Walmart is not your typical toy and furniture filled retail store.
The new Atlanta Highway neighborhood market consists of a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a gas station. It has provided jobs for 95 people.
The neighborhood market is between two Walmart super centers. One is located at Epps Bridge Parkway, while the other is at Oconee.
Stacy Khorana, the store manager of the new Walmart said the market is designed to handle the overflow of the other two Walmarts and that competition would not occur.
