ATHENS, GA – Repeat DUI offenses in Athens-Clarke County is on the decline. The Athens-Clarke County State Court’s DUI Program is trying to reduce this number by tackling the main issue directly – through counseling. The state of Georgia is in the process of aligning all court programs to resemble one like this one.
