Laura (Beth) Ricketts, a former ACCPD Communications Officer was removed from her job as a 911 dispatcher after she was arrested for a DUI charge.
Ricketts’ was involved in a multi-vehicle accident on November 11, 2017, at the intersection of Hull and Broad Street.
The investigation found that Ricketts’ ran a red light and officers noted that she had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person.
