Convicted Felons Not Allowed To Visit Oconee County Jail

Watkinsville, GA-  The Oconee County Sheriff’s Department says no convicted felons will ever be allowed to visit the Oconee County Jail. Sheriff Scott Berry says “you don’t get it your way, you take it our way.” The Sheriff’s Department wants visitations to be safer for everyone in the jail and says visitors will always be screened for background checks.
