Driver Asks for Parking Spot Changes

ATHENS — Cletus Stripling is a computer technician at the University of Georgia. In fact, he works right here at Grady Newsource.

However, he has a condition called Guillain-Barre syndrome. The disease started attacking his nerves in 1996, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down.

He says his life is being made harder because people are taking his parking spot.
