Flower Shop Feeling Love as Valentine’s Day Approaches

ATHENS, GA – Sales of Flower and Gift Basket arrangements have increases as the calendar turns toward Valentine’s Day. The owner of the shop, Donna Cochran, says the switch to ordering online has helped the business grow because customers know what they want to buy.

“That’s huge because they can kind of see what they think their wife or girlfriend is gonna [sic] like,” Cochran says. “As opposed to years ago, they’d say, ‘Just spend $50, whatever you want to do.'”
