Athens, Ga.– Chef and author, Hugh Acheson will be at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia’s Visitor Center today to host a class. The name of his class is Everyday Fermentation and will show guests how to pickle food. The event starts at 7 p.m. but the doors open at 6:30.
