Athens, GA – Where can you walk the red carpet, get free popcorn, and watch films for free? At GradyFest 2013.

Kara Maltby, the Co-Coordinator of GradyFest 2013 explains, “GradyFest is the student film festival so we showcase all the films throughout the year that students have submitted and give awards to all the best of the festival at the end of the night”.

And some of these special awards included those from Turner Entertainment, the Dean of Grady, and even comedian Jeff Foxworthy.

The most exciting part is seeing all the talent and all the amazing work that everyone has done. And all their families and friends coming together to watch it and really celebrate this year.

So if you missed the celebration this year, you have the chance to come to GradyFest 2014! And if you are a student, you can even submit your own story. After all, every person has a story to tell!
