Mental Health Resources: CAPS at UGA

Those feeling stressed, anxious or depressed have resources available on the University of Georgia’s campus. The Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) at the University Health Center specializes in mental health and wellbeing. Some of the services provided by CAPS include:

  • Individual counseling
  • Group counseling
  • Crisis intervention
  • Psychiatric services, including medication
  • Programs and workshops

CAPS also has free online relaxation exercises and wellness programs.
