Jaivious Malik Collins, 17, charged with rape and aggravated sodomy with force. Markel Dereek Brannon, 18 , charged with rape and aggravated sodomy with force. The third student is pictured in police supplied booking photos, but the police REPORT has not confirmed the name we have so we are not reporting it until we can. The third suspect was charged with criminal attempt to rape and being a party to the crime.
