UGA Basketball: Down but Not Out

ATHENS, GA – UGA’s men’s basketball took on Auburn Saturday, putting up a tough fight but losing by one point to the tigers. The Bulldogs had the lead in the final minutes of the first half, but a turnover by Charles Mann left Auburn with a 29 to 28 advantage. Auburn shot 56 percent in the second half of the game. The final score was 69 to 68. This was Georgia’s first lost to Auburn in Athens since 2009. Tomorrow the Bulldogs take on South Carolina at home. They lost their last game against South Carolina back in January. Tip-off is set for seven P.M
