UGA’s Men’s Basketball Extends Winning Streak; Brings Fox One Win Closer to 100

Athens, Ga.– The UGA men’s basketball team topped Vanderbilt last night 62-70 to extend its winning streak to five games. The win also moved head coach Mark Fox one win closer to his 100th victory as a Bulldog . The team shot 92 percent from the free throw line and almost 10 percent more than its opponent from the field. The Bulldogs swept their series with Commodores for the season with the win and will face South Carolina in Columbia on Saturday. They are now 14-5 overall on the season and 5-2 in Southeastern Conference play. Tune in at 5 p.m. to see what the team needs to do to be successful against the Gamecocks this weekend.
