Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines
The Wolverines are hosting their last game of the season tonight against Lakeview Academy.
The Wolverines go into this game with a 15-10 record, and hope for the same success they had on Tuesday, when they beat Lakeview Academy 5-2.
First pitch is scheduled for 5:30 PM.
Clarke Central Gladiators
It was Senior Night for the Clarke Central baseball team, and they pulled out a victory in 8 innings by a score of 4-3.
The Gladiators completed a comeback against the Lanier Longhorns after falling behind 3-0 in the third inning.
Clarke Central tied the game in the 6th to send the game to extras, and scored the winning run in the bottom of the 8th.
Athens Academy Spartans
The Spartans come away with a non-conference win against the Washington-Wilkes Tigers 6-2.
Athens Academy started out hot all around last night, both behind the plate and on the mound. The Spartans scored 5 runs in the first two innings, and kept Tigers to 5 scoreless innings.The Spartans are now 9-16 going into the last game of the season tonight vs Towns County HS.
