Improving Athens’ Panhandling Laws

A new ordinance in Atlanta forces panhandlers to be a certain number of feet away from the entrance of a building. Reporter Emily Fernie tells us why members of the local community are expressing a need for a similar ordinance to control panhandling in downtown Athens.
