ATHENS, Ga. — Some of the unsung heroes from The Great Southland Stampede Rodeo are the clown and the bullfighters. These men put their lives on the line as they protect bull riders. The clown barrel has become a valuable tool in not only entertaining the crowd but also in saving lives.
