Renowned Professor Shares Election Predictions with Award-Winning Journalists

Dr. Charles S. Bullock III shares his predictions on which party will win the House of Representatives and who he thinks has the best shot at the presidency come Nov. 2016.

Bullock presented at the Edward R. Murrow Program for Journalists, which is funded by the U.S. Department of State. It consists of 13 award-winning journalists from English-speaking African countries.
