UGA Ice Dog Seniors Skate for Last Time in Athens

ATHENS, GA – Seniors skated on the ice at home for their last game as an Ice dog for UGA. The night started with plenty of emotion as the Athens Classic Center put up tribute videos for these seniors. With emotions high, the game was filled by fights and roughing calls even early in the 1st period.

UGA was trailing to Life University 2-5 with 5 minutes left in the second period, but through the great effort of players like ice dawgs leading scorer, David Bakin, UGA was able to make a small rally before ultimately coming up just a little short with the game ending with Life University on top, with a score of 6-4.
